Author visits and readings

My favourite time is storytime. I love reading to my three girls or anyone who'll listen, frankly. I get very involved, indulging in terrible accents and outrageous gurning. My eldest is over it, and I'm on borrowed time with the other two. I visit bookshops, libraries, festivals, and schools to feed my storytime habit. Get in touch and book me in!

Frog's Bog series workshops

The sessions get kids moving, talking about and understanding nature and encourage a lifelong love of reading.

Recent school and nursery workshops have covered topics such as frog life cycles, local waterways, nature-inspired poetry, character creation, and storybook mapping.

Neurons series workshops

Sessions offer a fun and interactive introduction to the world of neurons, enabling children to understand how neurons help us with everything from movement to feelings. Workshops can cover creating and designing a neuron character, neuron pathways, memory or creative poetry. The workshops offer a broad overview of neurodiversity or can focus on specific conditions and their impact on individuals living with them. The book series and workshops are for neurotypical and neurodivergent children.
